Dear students,
If you are willing to sit for the First Year First Semester examination with reasons related to Medical, Repeat, or Late Admissions, please fill out the Registration Form using the attached link below.
Please note that you should duly complete and submit this form on or before 1st August 2023 for consideration of your application. This registration form is limited to one attempt and cannot be back-tracked. Thus, please re-check whether the course units you are applying for are accurate before submitting.
After submission:
- Please take a printout of the confirmation email you received after submission, sign it, and handover it to the Secretary at the Dean's office of the Faculty of Urban and Aquatic Bioresources.
- If you are applying to REPEAT the exam, please pay the due amount (see below for more information) to the USJ Student Payment System and provide evidence for your exam fee payment. You MUST submit receipt of the payment to the Dean's office with a signed printout of the confirmation email.
Payment details (For Repeaters ONLY):
- Repeaters will be charged 100.00 LKR per course unit. If you are repeating more than 05 course units, you will be charged a maximum of 500.00 LKR.
- You can do the payment(s) here. To proceed with the payment, please log in as an 'Internal Student', enter your NIC/Passport number, and select the Faculty as 'Urban and Aquatic Bioresources'.
- If your payment was successful, you will receive an e-receipt for your payment.
