1) Please find the below link which includes the list of available placements as at today. Go through them and do the following.

2) Use the attached Preference Form printed; complete the form and return to Ms. Chathuki Wijekoon (Probationary Lecturer, DMDS, FUAB) on or before 4 pm Tuesday the 5th of May.
3) If you have already secured a place from a personal contact, you do not have to return this form.
